I am new to this formu and  I would like to know how to prepare for PMP and how it will benifit me as an operation Manager.

I need your help to understand it better and choose right program to enhance my career. Please guide me in to right direction.

Can you please advise me, which institute is best in pune for PMP coaching.

I have total 10 year of experiance in Operation Management, however I have also been part of many process improvement projects, business projects, New System Implimentation, UAT testing, Decommissioning of system, ect. I am also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

I am now looking to shift my career in to consulting or project management stream, please advise if PMP certification would be help full..
