PMP Application Form questions

Hello,

I am currently filling my PMP Application Form and I want to fill it the most accurate possible to avoid any mistake. I only have doubts on the working experience.

according to what I understand, we are only require to insert per project, the:

start date
end date
hours in each Process Group

is this correct?

so I have the following questions

1. in some old projects, I don't remember exactly how many hours I have exactly spent in each process group, so I can put an estimate of hours? or this will be considered providing false information?

2. I am a Project Manager for some years now, but I was not using the exactly pmi methodology until now, this means in some projects I have only some parts of the process group, can those projects still be considered?

3. if I am audit, what questions can I expect from PMI regarding the working experience? they want for example copies of the project chart? or the project plan? what kind of information do they request?

1. You can consider the estimate hours of work experience based on number of days and working hour of the project.

2. You can divide the total working hour in different process groups best from your knowledge. You can consider the percentage like 12% for initiating, 25% for planning etc.

3.If you got audit, they only need verification of your documents and information. You need to submit your academic certificates, PM 35 PDU certificates and signature from your sponsor/boss you mentioned in application experience column. That's it...!!!
