Need real time project documents to study

I am looking for real time projects documents to study. I am working in a company where we have less or almost no documentations and no PMI rules are being implemented.

I need some documents to study and Implement on the projects further.

If you are starting from scratch then its better you buy the set of project management templates to save time. You can modify the templates and documents to suit your needs.
