Need your suggestion

I have failed twice last year in July 2013. I made a big mistake by hurrying to appear the second time before PMI changes the version to 5. After failing twice I thought of taking a break and started reading PMBOK 5 now.
 
Can i appear for the 3rd time now or should i resubmit my application and appear after July 2014. I am concerned that if i have one more unsuccessfull attempt PMI won't allow me to reappear immediately. I need to wait for another 1 yr to reappear. I am a bit confused in this regard.
 
I need to somehow beat this exam.
 
Could you please suggest?

Read this post so that you are well prepared and eliminate any chance of failing the PMP exam again.

I agree with points made in the article but also want to point out that when you take the mock exams look at those questions you miss as an opportunity to build knowledge of the correct answer as well as what in the question would lead you to the correct answer.
