Project Closure

Which one comes first :


You are the PM, We got the required product from the contractor and customer accepted and as per contract terms payment will be made after one year due to warranty and contract is open.


Can I close the project or need to wait one year ?

As a PM, once the deliverables are accepted, you can and should close the project and release resources.  Claims Department will handle the warranty related issues.
