I am aware that I am posting this topic a bit late. Nevertheless, I would like to share my success with all of you.

I cleared my PMP on August 5, 2013. Here is how I fared in the exam:

Initiating: Moderately Proficient

Planning: Proficient

Executing: Proficient

Monitoring and Controlling: Proficient

Closing: Moderately Proficient

Regarding my preparation:

1) I attended two weekened classes conducted by Simplilearn (on July 6, 7, 13 and 14)

2) I spent at least 4 hours every day after returning from the office. During the weekends, I used to spend at least 6 hours

3) Read PMBOK in depth once and 2-day before the exam, I skimmed through it once. I focused on risk and procurement as these were my weak areas, relatively

4) Attended the e-learning course on Simplilearn's website. It took me around 2-day to complete

5) Attended 2 mock exams on Simplilearn website. This was followed by the questions on Oliver Lehmann's website and those in Rita's book. I was scoring around 75% in almost all the exams
