You can get email notifications about any content that you subscribe. Just click on "Subscribe Post" link at the bottom of the respective page.

You can recieve email notifications when

1. There is an update to subscribed content
2. Comments posted by a user.
3. New content added to the subscribed section. and so on.

If you want to recieve updates about all NEW content on PM Zilla then goto "my account" >> "notify" and Enable the notifications there. You will recieve daily notifications about new site content.
