I passed and am very happy for this to be behind me.

Here is how I studied:

- Read the PMBOK once completely but read several sections twice.

- Read the Rita book and did the online class

- Read the Andy book and went to a prep class

- Did numerous practice questions on examcentral.net

- Memorized the 42 processes and dumped them onto paper during the 15 minute tutorial

- Memorized the EV formulas, the 3 point estimating formulas, and the communciation formual and dumped them onto paper during the 15 minute tutorial

I personally feel that the Andy book and the prep class was the absolute best thing I did by a landslide. I also think answering many, many sample questions helped too and then reading the answers.
