Is contingency resave is part of cost baseline? Rita book says...yes..Were as per scoredo, exam 15 question q 36 :Reserves are not a part of project cost baseline..
There are two reserves one is contigency reserves and the other is Management reserves.
Both the reservers are part of Project Budget. Contigency reserves are part of Project Baseline where as Management reserves are Not included in Project Baseline.
