FP requires detailed scope, CR requires broad scope at least for a projected estimated total cost.
So they are not suitable in this case.
2) B. In CPFF contract, fee can change if project scope changes. Fixed fee will usually be a percentage of estimated total cost, So if scope changes, estimated total cost changes, fee changes proportionally.
3) A. To talk to the subcontractor directly. It is recommended to deal with the persons in conflict directly as much as possible and find a solution.
