Experience Documentation

Can anyone tell me what PMI expectations are for experience documentation submittal? Is there a specified format somewhere? Also, how detailed do they exepect it to be?

When you do the application online you are restricted to 500 character limit which means they expect about a paragraph.  Not too detailed, but not one or two sentences either.  Look at my sample.
