I recently applied for PMP exam. My application was accepeted and I paid the exam fees. I got my eligibility ID within seconds of payment.Now I would like to schedule exam asap due to PMBOK4 expiration by July end.

But I saw a note at PMI website after payment, saying we should wait altesat 72 hours before scheduling exam at prometric center. So I wanted to know if I should really wait for that long or if I can just go ahead and schedule the exam. I tried scheduling exam using eligibility ID and I could do that. But just wanted to make sure before finalizing it.
