so this rules out A upfront, as A will result in faster execution. in result D also ruled out.
So now answer should be within B & C.
B talks about parallel processing which should help in getting work done faster.
so we are left with C
C talks about regular finish to start dependencies, which will not let you do parallel work and no chance of schedule crashing.So wont help in achieving deadline.

Is FF relation an example of parallel activities. how it can be fast tracked parallely, when one is depends on other, it is only possible by crashing one /or both.
second thing w/o defining SF how you can approach to crashing.
