"Gift to project manager":

I hv seen different opinion in different mock test where question is something related to "Gift to project manager".
Is its acceptable??? Pls give me a consultative defination sothat I wouldn't make any mistake next time.

This is the simplest....
This is the simplest type of question that is most complex to answer for majority of people.
Keep in mind just one rule of thumb – Do not break the LAW, no matter what the situation is.
The broader question is, who will enforce what is correct law and what is not?
1. Is it PMBOK?
2. Is it some boring psycho experts like me and few common name(s) of authors and popular PMP books?
3. Comments from super experts in Pmzilla?
4. Or it’s the country where you are currently residing?
Keep in mind, law always applies to the country where you are currency living in. If you are in a country XYZ where bribe is customary, please accept the bribe there and keep informed your management, and don’t debate further.
Every contract ends up in line like “subject to India jurisdiction or subject to UK jurisdiction etc”, it means you have to respect and follow the country law and culture where you are living in and take necessary actions.
