Im new to forum as well as Project management certification.

Needed your help and advice in few areas. 

Firstly- Am I eligible?

Im working with a private organisation as operations Team Lead. My daily activities include - monitoring tasks/project, tracking producitivity, quality scores of my team as well as the process/task. I have been working ass TL for last 3 years.

Im thinking to take 'Project Management Professional' certification to have growth in my career.

Need advice on certification and best certification that adds value to my career.
