I have typical question on Network diagram pertaining to the start point and calculationon of Early start for subsequent activity. Generally I start first activity with ES=0 and add the duration to find the early finish. For example A=1 ---> B =3, So I use ES=0 & EF=1 for A activity and ES=1 and EF=4 for B activity. This is generally I follow but in some cases like HeadFirst Labs they start with 1.

Just like to know what is the correct way to follow for PMP exam. How do we know what method to sue. Appreciate your help in clearing my doubt.
