Philip is working as project manager for AUTOCARS PVT LTD. The project is to transform current software and move them to new system. Current operations are handled by another project manager with Autocorp. Which of the following is can be negative stakeholders?

 

A) Customer
B)Competitor
C)Project manager of older system which needs transformation
D)all of the above

Answer given as D. How can a customer become negative stakeholder in this scenario. Please provide clarification on this

 I would have definitely gone with C on this one.

This is a foolish question, if they are focussing on the play of words in the sentence "can be negative". Anything can be +ve. Anything can be -ve.

ur attention is drawn to a unique scenario and u are asked a generic question.

So, they play with one's mind so that u become confused; however, the question is aking (generally) who can be a negative stakeholder. Yrs, in relation to the scenario, the project manager of the other company is most likely to be a negative stakeholder; that, hwever, is not the intended question.
