Hi,

Myself Rashmi from Bangalore... Having 7yrs of experience on development (php & mysql)...Due to personal reason (delivered a baby & treatment) took 5yrs break from my career..and now want to rejoin my job...

In meanwhile I tried pmp twice attempted and failed ..as i was more interested towards prj management... so then deviated towards my personal life .... Like... Medication etc.

So now can I join as APM directly as I've an idea of pmp also handled 10-15 projects....on development wise...

My question is do I need to clear CAPM certification .... to join as APM.....

Or can I freshly start for the position of APM.......as I'm more interested towards project management....

I'm not interested towards development.... Want to continue towards project management..... Kindly guide the process how can I join as APM......by clearing CAPM or directly join as APM....

Kindly guide me....
