Need Help with the Answer with explanation
Please help in explaining the answer to this question:
You are the project manager for a project that has high visibility. Your manager wants you to prepare a presentation for him to present at a conference. Most of the material in the presentation will be facts that are the results of your project. Your manager intends to present the material under his own name. Your name will not appear. What should you do?
a. Refuse to work on the presentation unless you are listed as a coauthor
b. Do the work as you were told by your manager
c. Present your own presentation
d. Meet with your manager’s manager and discuss the problem

This is not a PMP like question, but since you asked, It should be D, since if you are really concerned about getting the credit, then you should discuss with Sr. Management.

The answer should be B.
"Most of the material in the presentation will be facts that are the results of your project"
Not the entire thing.
Your manager has the right to use material prepared by you or anybody else in his team, for any presentation, either partly of entirely.
Even though ethics dictate that he should give credit where credit is due, for correct thing for you to do is Do the work as instructed.
