A project manager wants to capture the details of activities he would be doing to enhance the value of the process, including their inputs, outputs, and interfaces with other processes. Which of the following documents would be MOST helpful?
1. Project Management Plan
2. Quality Management Plan
3. Process Improvement Plan
4. Product Management Plan
The correct answer is 3. but i remember for these type of questions it is normally referred to the bigger plan (option 1) since it has all the plans in it. why option 1 is not correct answer here.

Even though process improvement plan is part for the project plan, the purpose of the process improvement plan is to document how the project team will analyze various processes, determine where improvements can be made, and implement improvement measures.
The question specifically asks to enhance the value of the process.
