Passing the test in 3 days ...

In the PmBok, page 90, we can see that 4.4. Monitor and Control Project Work leads to

a) 4.2. Develop Project managament plan

b) 4.5 Perform integrated Change Control

My concern is about a) => how could we directely update the PM Plan withoud an approved change request.

It only possibility I see is that we get a CR approval from 4.5 Perform integrated Change Control and afterwards, the PM is updated (as I could suggest when viewing figure on page 96). But PICC has a direct link to 4.2

So what's the difference between two flows.
