Life Cycle question

Project Life cycle = Miles stones, phases, from design, build, etc

 

Product life cycle = Series of phases that represent the evolution of a product from concept to delivery to maturity to retirement ( from begin to end)

 

 

What about Cost Life Cycle ?

I know it cover operation and maintenance of the product, but does it conver it only after project is done or even during project ?

cost life cycle includes both the project cost and the operation cost after the project completion.

Thus the aim of the project is to have high quality so that the operation costs are low.
