can anyone know about the last date to give exam from PMBOK 4th edition and when 5th edition is going to be launched?

The PMBOK 4th edition will be the recommended edition till the end of this year. PMBOK 5 is expected in early 2013

and the exam format is 'expected' to conform to PMBOK-5 only by mid-2013..that's 5-6 months post the release of the new PMBOK(going by the experience of previous new version releases)..
