ITTO's

can anyone suggest a good tool to help memorize ITTO's? I am taking the test saturday but struggling to remember all inputs/outputs and tools. also, would you recommend taking a practice test on Friday to assess where I stand?

I was originally scheduled to sit for the exam tomorrow, but I knew I needed more time, so I rescheduled mine!!
