Is it a rest time, paper, pen for Real PMP Exam?

I wonder how many paper will given by exam center on real pmp exam?

And how many rest time in 4 hours exam?

No rest time, that's for sure.

If you have to go to the toilet, the time won't pause.

I think it's 4 "scratch" paper, but im not sure on that. You won't be able to enter with ANYTHING in the exam center, but of course that depends on the policy of your prometric center
