Informing SHs of approved CRs - executing or MC?

question which had four choices: E, MC, P, C

I chose Executing initially and double-checked it with PMBOK, p. 260.  - Distribute Information Outputs: OPA Updates

Approved changes is mentioned as Stakeholder notifications which is part of Distribute Information Output.

So I believe that my choice was correct.

However, the author believes it is MC.

Please advise if there is any reason I should change my opinion.

Distribute information and Report performance is always a debatable /confused/criticised part of PMBOK 4.


In PMBOk 5 it has been changed  vitally.


By rhe way what is your exact question with option?
