Imp PMP practice question, please help to solve
300. In general a project charter covers:
A. Project justification, background, scope, objectives, available resources, organizational responsibilities, a project schedule, estimates, procurement schedule, and any imitations that top management wants to apply.
B. Project justification, background, scope, objectives, available resources, organizational responsibilities, detailed project schedules, estimates, and detailed procurement schedules responsibilities, a project schedule, and any limitations that top management wants to apply.
C. Project justification, background, scope, objectives, available resources, organizational apply.
D. Project scope, objectives, available resources, responsibilities, a project schedule, estimates, procurement schedules, and any limitations that top management wants to apply.
Correct answer for above question is "D" but I think it is "A". Please advise if I am not correct.
294. Which of the following is the most efficient means of product quality inspection:
A. Acceptance sampling.
B. 100% inspection.
C. Variable lot inspection.
D. A and C.
Correct answer to above question is "A" i selected "C" please suggest what is acceptance sampling and why it is correct choice.
251. Qualitative numbers
A. cannot be measured numerically.
B. cannot be meaningfully added together.
C. are ones that are measured by reference to a standard that is external to the system.
D. are less reliable than quantitative numbers.
Correct answer is "B" but I selected "A" any suggestion why B is correct choice?
240. Which of the following is not done as part of Performance Measurements?
- Calculating Planned Value
- Calculating Earned Value
- Calculating ETC
- Calculating Cost Variance
correct answer is "2" but I selected option "1" as this is mostly given or stated and EV is mostly calculated.
224. Tree Consultancy is getting 200 computers installed from a vendor. The vendor will be paid the cost involved and a 10% incentive. Which contract will be used in this case?
- CPPC
- CPIF
- CPFF
- Fixed Cost
option 1 is correct but why ? I selected option 3

Q 300 --- Old stuff <--
Q 300 --- Old stuff <-- dont follow - read P 351 table A2
Q 294 --- Though Q seems from old stuff as term of A. but still relevant --- give stress on word - efficient, and also learn/ understand difference in between sampling and lot inspenction and 100% inspenction .
Q 251 ---- again old terms - though can be answered - content itself is telling - numbers, so option A is not correct. Option B is correct, because these numbers may be in any progression series like logerithem, exponential , quadratic etc.
Q 240 --- this question may be a diabetic , bks it needs much debate. In short, for calculating perfomance measurements - CV SV CPI SPI, what remains same, Its only EV. For a point of time base value is EV for calculating both CV and SV. So answer may be B. But in my view it is not a technically good question.
Q 224 --- question is little tricky -- the term used incentive , makes it CPIF, But 10% of what, planned value or of actual cost involved- by reading question , it is not clear. but can be imagined, content is not giving feedback on planned (estimated) cost niether, saying about any fee other then incentive. Now the meaning is that 10% is the amount of cost involved (actual), then it should be CPPC. But you can say it is a decieving question rather a tricky one, PMBOK does not recognise term CPPC, HOPE they do not ask such a mean question. In my view before assesing the examnee clarity must be provided in questions.

IF you are repeating those
IF you are repeating those test- then its little not fair.
try on new mocktests , available as free - pmforsure pmstudy 360techfaq, edwel, simply, many more. also on few paid packages.
try for atleast 5000 question.
always review with pmbok
in old questionaries, oldconcept/oldterms may misguide yoy.
prepare maths part update.
generally exam move around pmbok only.
