In which process we define that employee x will perfroma actvity Y.

And in which document is this documented?

Should be RAM i.e. responsibility assignment matrix. Its a table having resource and activity mapped.
E.g. RACI (responsible, accountable, consult, and inform)
Its Tools and Techniques of Develop Human Resource Plan.


RAM is documented in Human Resource Plan i.e. output of Develop Human Resource Plan.

"Which process".....  are u refering to the 42 processes here? If so, it should be under "Develop Human Resource Plan"
