HR PLAN

Hello All


During my study in PMP i noticed that


HR Plan consists of  -organization charts  - Roles and responsibilities   -Staff management plan


 


-Staff management plan  has 1 Staff acqusition    2 Staff release  3 Staff training


                                                      4 Resouce calander   5 Rewards and reconition  6 Saftey and compliance.


Please advise if


how project performace appraisals will be conducted for the team


 is part of HR plan or not

Should be yes and in the "Rewards and regconition" part.

The plan of the HR should be shared to all the stakeholders. We all have the right to know what the plans are for the future. - Marla Ahlgrimm
