During my study in PMP i noticed that
HR Plan consists of -organization charts - Roles and responsibilities -Staff management plan
-Staff management plan has 1 Staff acqusition 2 Staff release 3 Staff training
4 Resouce calander 5 Rewards and reconition 6 Saftey and compliance.
Please advise if
how project performace appraisals will be conducted for the team
is part of HR plan or not
