re How to solve listed EV Question
EV=300+95+150(200*.75)=545
AC=350+85+175=610
BAC=1500
CPI= EV/AC=.893
EAC=BAC/CPI =1500/.893 =1685

Re how to solve listed ev question
In a large project a single cost baseline can be broken in to mulitple cost baselines say A may be used for tracking production cost, B for purchase cost etc
So in this question Earned Value for the entire project ( measure of work completed) = EV of A+EV of B+EV of C
EV of A = 300 *100/100 = 300 (Activity A is worth $300, is100% complete)
EV of B = 100*95/100 = 95 (Activity B is $100 worth, is 95% complete)
EV of C = 200*75/100 =150 (Activity C is worth $ 200, is 75% complete)
Total EV =300+95+150=545
Total AC=350+85+175=610 (cost of Activity A=350, Activity B=85, Activity C=175)
BAC=1500 (Total Budget is $1500 )
CPI= EV/AC=.893
EAC=BAC/CPI =1500/.893 =1685
Please let me know if its still not clear
