How much time to spend on tough question

200 qn and 4 hours. i.e about 80 sec per qn.

If we get stuck with some question, how long do we harper on it? Spending 5 min or more is it worth. Or do we mark it and come back.

On Andy book test i got 86% but Oliver test was total assualt. Gonna try some simulation test?

Your speed will improve when you take more mock tests. Also when you take variety of mock tests, you will be able to solve questions faster.

There is no such rule on how much time to dwell on a questions. If you think this deep you will get nervous in exam. just solve the question confidently before you move on, or mark it for solving later.
