Hi,

I am working as Project Lead in same production Support Project from last 3 years. I am not able to figure out how to divide my role in 5 PMP process to fill in PMP Application. 

Initiating 
Planning 
Executing 
Monitoring & Control 
Closing

Anyone having Production Support project experience , please help me in breaking down my work. As far I see there is no Closing to my project
