Hi Friends,
Work is bidded at $10/foot.
work should be completed at 100 feet per day.
Additional work taking 1 dayt is also done costing $500/day.
Work completed after 3 days = 200 feet.
a. CV = 0.
b. overbudget with -ve CV
c. underbudget
d. overbudget with +ve CV
The answer is 'a'. But I am not sure how that is derived.
I hope to learn from you, what is the EV and AC ?
How can you find out what is the EV and AC ?
Thanks in advance. Hoping to get a prompt reply.
Regards
J

I guess answer is B
CV = EV-AC
EV = Total worth of work done = 200 * 10 = 2000
but AC =( 200*10) + 500
so CV = -500
