Help with PMP application - 500 word description

Hi All, 

I'm asking for a bit of assistance in the form of examples of what you used for the project description portion of of the application. I have plenty of project experience and I've already allocated my hours to the 5 process groups...I guess to be honest, I'm simply a poor writter. Any assistance that could be provided is greatly appriciated. Again, just looking for one or two examples of your project descriptions.

Hi, see below for what I currently have. Again, any assistance is greatly appriciated. 
 
 
 
I served as project manager for this project. 
 
The project objective was to configure IBM’s Tivoli Asset Management for Information Technology to deliver and receive flat files for Oracles PeopleSoft. Three part integration in which I served as Project Manager. Deliverables included (but were not limited to) Configuration and integration of PeopleSoft and TAMIT allowing for the delivery/receiving of designated flat files, training documentation for business units, identified and documented risk that were present during both the project lifecycle and support and operations cycles.
 
During my time as project manager I Identified key stakeholders for stakeholder register, obtained buy in for production implementation(validation), created  and updated of work breakdown structure using my team expert judgement,  proactively allocated team resources in conjunction with WBS to ensure optimal task completion, monitored  task complete/task pending (followed up on task pending and removed any obstacles the team was facing)Provided stakeholders with  updates of project status, improved team performance through leading, mentoring and motivating team, Implemented quality management plan to ensure work performed is up to quality standards and implemented approved workarounds (documented said workarounds as part of project deliverables)

I agree that being able to capture vast amount of experience + responsibilities in just 500 characters is really challenging. Below is just one version of what you can write based on your description:
 

In my role as a project manager, I carried out project activities like stakeholder identification, getting production buy-in, creating a work breakdown structure, resource management, team delegation and monitoring task progress. I also had to identify and document risks. I was responsible for providing project status updates to key stakeholders. I executed a quality management plan to ensure product quality. As part of project deliverables I also documented approved work-arounds.
