I am currently studying for the PMP exam and I am struggling to find a solution for this question below:
Could anyone help me out? Many thanks in advance.
"What is the schedule variance of this project? Total cost is $205,000; After 5 weeks, it is half a week ahead of schedule and the cost is currently $143,000" Answer: $10,250
