Please help in identifying conflict resolutions with examples.

I am always choosing wrong answer on given a conflict problems except Withdrawal and Forcing.  My doubts are basically 90% worng selection on Smoothing, Compromising and  Problom solving.  Its very hard to selecting correct answer.  I reffered many questions and lot of text on web.  Still getting doubt.  I did many times  Rita 8th edn. page 379.  I never get all right answers.  According to RIta Page 381 the methods may help to choose right answers.

1.Define the real or root problem. not what is pressented to you, what appears to be the problem.

2. Analyze the problem

3. Identify solution

4. pick a solution

5. Implement a solution.

6. Review the Solution, and confirm that the solution solved the proble.

I applied above methods, somehow got correct choices.  Still 50% gettting wong thing.

Please someone can help with detail example of the problems and answers.

In jun/july appearing exam II time.
