Why is the Answer D correct ?
Hi,
The correct answer for this question is mentioned as D. Can someone explain me why D is correct ? The wikipedia link says all the 4, so this means that all the four are correct and nothing is incorrect. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philip_B._Crosby Please explain and hellp me.

All options are true with
All options are true with priciples of quality presented by Crosby, KKV you are right .
And there no one option is incorrect .
Hint -- is not the answer, it is only subject hint.
in facebook - it is only voted options , answered by readers. There is no authentic answer by auther.

Secondly it is negative question ---- in current PMI/PMP pattern, negative questiion are not asked.

Here it is written as

So should I consider this as invalid question for the PMP.
