failure in one year

Hello PM Gurus,
I'm seriously initiating my PMP credential soon. Suppose if I fail all the three attempts in one year eligibility, how it impacts my further sittings. I know we need to wait for a full year to resit for the PMP exam. My question is do we need to undergo the application process once more as it happens with our first registration to get new eligibility to sit for the exam? As I couldn't understand the jorganic wordings in many sites about this query seeking help from forum.
Please post ASAP...
Thanks in advance,

In case you fail in the PMP...
In case you fail in the PMP exam the 3rd time wait for one year after your 3rd failure date and re-apply for PMP credentials i.e. start from PMP application again.
Why not take things positively when you say that you are serious and you are starting to begin preparations? Why take things negatively? If you have a good plan, you should pass the very first attempt. While you make a plan, make sure you think on these aspects:
1. Have patience i.e. do not hurry for the exam.
2. Schedule the exam when you have confidence and smiles
3. You cannot pass PMP exam by just reading PMP books. Also take into considerations your psychometric factors like ability to overcome fear, smartness, common sense etc
4. PMI would frame PMP questions from PMBOK and just PMBOK, make sure you have special time to understand PMBOK.
