Exam Content - Develop Schedule

Hi PMP's - As part of your observation after having taken the exam, what type of content is tested in regards to the Develop Schedule (Time Management) process? I would obviously guess that concepts in this process are tested but does the manual requirement of actually drawing up a network diagram to answer questions on critical path calculation, float, FP/BP, etc come up? I would think not but would appreciate any clarity or suggestions that you may have.

Hi RP,


As per my experience you dont have to manually draw Network Diagram on the other hand you will fiind simple Network Diagram displayed and based on the displayed diagram you have to calculate float or sometimes there will be 4 critical paths and question might be asked if you add or subtract some days from Activitys. Then the question might be to identify which is the critical path.


One more imp thing is there will be one Network Path and diffrent question based on it for eg. Calculate Float or Total Float, FP or BP.
