Earned Value Management Question

in Rita's PMP Exam Prep book as well as in Andy Crowe. for formulas like Estimate at Completion and Cumuative CPI there is this little lower case c. What is that for or mean?

I found out. the c is for cumulative.  cumulative CPI, divide the sum of all EV budgets by the sum of all ACs
