Documenting experience in PMP Application

Hello,

I was a project lead with an organization for 2.5 years. In thsi role, I was working as a project lead on multiple projects-do I need to  list each project separately ..if yes, then do i break the same exp period into project periods (though the org remains same). Please advise.

Thanks

You can merge several projects into one.

Idially you should only show 4-7 projects in PMP application.

And your project summary should be in PM worlds.

Example:

"Identification of the critical requirement of the project. Identifying the key stakeholders and their influence on the project progress. Conduct Meetings with other department to expedite the project progress. Ensure a common understanding and setoff expectations through communication to align the stakeholders and team members. Execute the task defined in the PM plan to achieve the project objective. Measure project performance using appropriate tool. Confirm work is done to requirements. Close project and update knowledge base."

(Taken from my approved PMP application)

Wish you all the Best.
