Definitive Estimates.

Hi,
As per PMZilla Formulae page Definitive Estimates is : -5% to + 10%, but as per Rita Mulchay its -10% to +15% (pg 204).
What correct?

The problem is PMBOK does not give the range for definitive estimates. So some books have -5% to +10% while some have other figures.
In exam, if you get this question, then most likely there will only be one of the two options.
