Q41=?

Q42 =

Q43 .how the free flot of an activity F have FREE FLOAT OF 7.

as per i calculate it  A1+B3+D2=6 TO reach activity F.

Q44 = HOW ACTIVITY D HAVE FOLT OF 6

Kindly explain.

regards

HI Abdul,

i Can explain Q44.

Free float=ES of successor-EF

So free float for D=ES of F which is 6- EF of D which is 6=6-6=0

I have also doubt on Q43,and have requested Mr Pawar for teh explanation.Lets wait for his reply or others for any help here

Thanks..

 if you do with his formula =ES-EF (5-10) =5

since

A1+B3+D2 =5

A1+B3+D2+F4=10

kindly explain  which mathod we need to use in this CPM diagram its really confusing me as my exam is on 13 march.
