Contradiction in pmzilla and Lehmann answer for same question

Have a look at the following screenshots.
First one is from pmzilla 30 questions and second one is from Lehmann 175 questions. Both questions are same and so are the choices. But pmzilla says option 1 is correct while Lehmann says option 3 is correct.

It's so sad to hear this.
It's so sad to hear this. It takes generally 2-3 working days. Did you appeal to certappeals@pmi.org for reconsidering your result as I know many of my collogue who have passed PMP exam with 4MP and 1BP?
