Choice 3 Time and material contract

I selected 4,but the correct answer is 3.

answer is in the PMBOK
I thought cost plus fixed fee is a contract with cost reimbursable and fixed fee contract.so it should considered as option4. But afyer I checked on PMBOK
,actually . Cost plus fixed price is a type of cost reimbursable contact. Option3 is a correct answer.
