Constraints/Assumptions

When rating a proposal, one of the requirements was "The proposed project manager needs to be a certified PMP" This is an example of

A. Constraints

B. Evaluation Criteria

C. Assumptions

D. Requirements

Well, first thing is that when we rate a proposal ? well in "initiating process group".

Now when do u evaluate ? we evaluate in monitoring and control. Hence option B is eliminated.

This cannot be constraint since being a PMP certified PM doesn't gurantee the success of project.  Hence option A is eliminated.

This cann't be assumption. You can't assume that all PMs are PMPs.  Hence option C is eliminated.

Remaining is option D.

Plz correct me if i m wrong.

 I am goin with B.

Proposal will be selected based on source selection criteria (such as weighing, etc) during conduct procurement.

So, I go with option B.

Rating proposals -> Conduct procurements process

Given detail is an example of Evaluation criteria to select vendors
