Two questions:----
Q 1:--- When does conflict of interest arise?
A. If you can acquire more clients bcoz you work on a particular project.
B. If you can realise personal gain bcoz of your professional activities.
C. If you might personally gain bcoz of a decision you make or influence.
D. If your good professional activities can favour individuals on the project activity.
Q 2:---- Which of the following terms means the disclosure to others of the unethical behaviour of another individual, company, or institution?
A. Divulgence
B. Snitching
C. Squeaking
D. Whistle Blowing

Hi Ravi and respected Pawarji Sir,
Here are the explanations.
1. Acquiring more clients bcoz u work on a particular project is a specific example of legitimate high-quality PM performance.
Personal gain as the result of a decision you make or influence is also true, but acquiring more clients is a more correct answer becoz more clients can translate to large financial gains versus personal gain, which is trivial.
2. Squealing and Snitching are more derogatory terms and not generally employed. Divulgence implies disclosure of private of confidential matters not related to unethical behavior. This one is tricky since the definition of divulgence is not mentioned in PMBOK.

How is this conflict of intreast here? I am not convinced.
2) what is the difference between Divulgence and Whistle Blowing? Question asks about
disclosure to others about unethical behaviour of another individual, company, or institution.
I feel Whistle Blowing is more appropriate term here.
Need comments from others senior members of this forum.
