First of all I dont think
First of all I dont think this can be a question in real exam, since one is not expected to know about configuration control as such. But since you have asked. Config control does deal with Analyzing and documenting propose and approved changes and managing the changes whic his point B , C and D

The others B, C and D are more appropriate to the Configuration Managment....so the answer is A.
