First you have to decide whether you want classroom training or online training. For Online training, you can use PM PrepCast the banner above or simplilearn. If you feel you need more assistance than go for classroom training where you can get your questions answered.
Classroom training you can pick based on you city , there are even virtual classroom trainings available. So decide based on your budget, time availability and how much help you need etc.
What i can say is if you have budget ($1800+) then you should go for classroom course. There are many providers like PMTI, Cheetah, PMstudy. They are really good.
I am also preparing for PMP exam and I have enrolled in PMstudy classroom course in December. I liked the PMstudy. I have discussed with their customer support team they were great, also have discussed with one of their faculty, and feeling very confident.

Few of my colleagues have got SSGB course in the past from PMstudy in the past. I would suggest you get a proper research done on few other providers as well and decide.
