I have a doubt @ the answer for the below question. It is taken from Exam central

On your project, lessons learned document is created by which of the following?

a. The customer

b. The Project Sponser

c.The Project team

d.The stakeholders

 

I believe it is D.. The Stakeholders. But exam central mentions C- The project team.

Which one is correct?

Lessons learnt documentation will be created the Project team and not any stakeholders.  Stakeholders is a broad term. it can be internal and external stakeholders. Anyone who is positively or negatively impacted by project is a stakeholder. These people are not going to be documenting the Lessons learnt.  So correct answer is the project team.
